Want to make extra sure you're geeting a form-hugging fit? It's easy.
It is especially important to measure the length of your foot. Knowing how long your foot is will help you get the perfect shoe size, here's how to do it:
STEP 1: Put your foot on the piece of paper.
STEP 2: Holding your pen vertically, put a dot where your heel ends and where your longest toe ends.
STEP 3: Measure the distance between the two dots with your ruler.
STEP 4: Determine the length of your foot, and match it up with the size chart on the page.
Grab a measuring tape, or, if you don’t have one, a piece of string and a ruler is fine too. These measurements will give you a good starting place.
While looking in a mirror, wrap the measuring tape or string around your back, and under your boobs around your rib cage. You may need to lift up your boobs to get an accurate measurement. The tape or string should meet in the center front.
Be sure that the measuring tape or string is totally straight around your body. Take note of this measurement, or make a mark on the string where the end meets the other side, then measure from the end of the string to your mark. Add +2 to your measurement if it is even number or +3 if it is an odd number. For example, if your under bust measurement is 32" your band size is 34. If your under bust measurement is 33" your band is 36.
While looking in the mirror, wrap the measuring tape or string around your back and across the fullest part of your boobs, usually right across the center of the nipple. Be sure that the measuring tape or string is totally straight around your body.
Subtract your band measurements (top line of the ‘Band Size Chart’) from your cup measurement. The difference in between the two sizes will be the number in which you determine your cup size, starting with A.
EXAMPLE - If your band measurement is 32" and your bust measurement is 34”, your recommended size is 36B because there is a 2” difference between your band measurement and your cup measurement.
